Canebrake Learning Systems is the education, training, and human performance division of Canebrake Consulting Services. This effort draws from experience in leadership, training, doctrine development, and adult education. The result is improved organizational performance by means of developing capable instructors, effective leaders, and stronger learning systems.

While we can provide direct instruction and training, the primary focus is helping organizations build their own internal capability to develop people. The most effective organizations develop talent inside the organization rather than relying on outside instructors.
